Business Development Executive

  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them Real Estates deals.
  • Create and update Listings, Mailers of available properties.
  • Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and          arrange meetings.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Tele Sales Executive

  • Building and maintaining relations for potential customers for Real Estates as well as the developers team.
  • Doing the primary research of the market and keeping the sales team updated of internal knowledge .
  • Organizing events for generating the leads for getting the prospects.
  • Presenting the projects to clients negotiating with the clients as well as Real Estates developers.
  • Helping the customers for documentation of loans and other papers for agreement.
  • Responsible for selling Real Estate In Commercial and Residential
  • Managing a team of Portfolio Managers, BDM’s & BDE’s
