Business Development Executive
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them Real Estates deals.
- Create and update Listings, Mailers of available properties.
- Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Tele Sales Executive
- Building and maintaining relations for potential customers for Real Estates as well as the developers team.
- Doing the primary research of the market and keeping the sales team updated of internal knowledge .
- Organizing events for generating the leads for getting the prospects.
- Presenting the projects to clients negotiating with the clients as well as Real Estates developers.
- Helping the customers for documentation of loans and other papers for agreement.
- Responsible for selling Real Estate In Commercial and Residential
- Managing a team of Portfolio Managers, BDM’s & BDE’s
